Bluegrass mandolin player. Son of Danny Lee Davis. He and his brother Wes played in the Davis Brothers Family Band, which also included his father Danny and his grandfather Elzie. He later played with the Mike Lilly Band, Union Springs, Bluegrass Strangers, Honi Deaton, Larry Cordle, Junior Sisk, Larry Sparks, IIIrd Tyme Out, Alecia Nugent, Wildfire, Marty Raybon, and filled in for Gene Johnson in Diamond Rio in 2014.
