Metallic Hardcore (Troycore) band that splits time between Pittsfield, MA & Troy, NY (USA).
They have had a constantly rotating group of musicians, but have always been anchored by vocalist Jerome Del Soldato and guitarist / bassist Kevin Mahon. Two of the original core members passed away which started the constant spin in membership. (R.I.P. Justin Markou & Dave Stack)
There was also a brief period of time when they changed their name from Bloodwar to Heart Of Darkness, before going back to Bloodwar.
The band went on a hiatus in 2014 after Jerome moved to Georgia, but on February 26th, 2022 the band got together for a reunion show in Pittsfield, MA. Reunion line-up consisted of Jerome (Vocals), Kevin (Guitar), John DiCarlo (Bass) and Matt Fallon (Drums).
