Japanese prog band from Osaka formed in 1980, active until 1986. Their melodic progressive hard rock style was highly influenced by Novela. The original drummer of Sophia, Ryuichi Nishida later joined Novela. The former vocalist Kenji Morikawa later formed the Pageant tribute band called Go To Hong Kong in the late 2000's with former Pageant member and leader Ikkou Nakajima, the keyboardist Hiroki Matsui (of Lushel, Blindman, Concerto Moon, etc) and other two members.
