American rockabilly singer, songwriter and guitarist. Jimmy Gray began his musical career in Arizona. Performed with the Missels and frequently recorded with Duane Eddy and co-wrote songs with Donnie Owens. Played in the Waylon Jennings' original band The Waylors and was a member of Townes Van Zandt's band.
