Members: Millard Powers, Zak Starkey, William Owsley, Jody Bobo Spence
Alt-pop band from Nashville, Tennessee, formed in 1990. Under contract with Geffen Records in 1993 they recorded a single album, "Powerbill", which wasn't released in the US as the label found it "too pop for alternative, too alternative for pop". It eventually got distributed in Japan in 1996.
