Swedish rock group from Gothenburg, founded in 1976 by Lars "Dille" Diedricson (vocals), Peter Nordholm (guitar), Torben Ferm (drums) and Micael Serenban (bass). They achieved several chart successes in Sweden during the 1970s and 80s and one of their most popular songs is "Sommarnatt" from 1980. The name Snowstorm came to the group when they were in Britain and it was just a snowstorm.

Snowstorm made new recordings of "Sommarnatt" and "Vårstämning" with a new band set in 1989 and 1993.
