Biography
William Santiago
Flutist, percussionist and vocalsist born in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico and moved to Austin, Texas in the early 80s where he studied jazz theory. At the same time he began to play with local groups - he can be heard on 4 albums by Impacto Crea , where he played the flute and saxophone. He is a veteran of numerous Austin bands.
