Los Nocturnos

Members: Enzo Peiretti

Argentinian trio composed of: Omar Martino (clarinet), Enzo Peiretti (guitar and lead vocals) and Juan José Bazzani (guitar and vocals). Enzo and Juan José were childhood friends in San Francisco, Córdoba. They began performing on radio in their province until 1958 when they traveled to Buenos Aires, where they were joined by Omar (hitherto guitarist tango) forming the trio "Los Viajeros". The following year they won a contest and they began recording for the Orfeo label, where they recorded three albums.

In the 60 they changed their name to "Los Nocturnos" and recorded several LPs for Music Hall, with some unforgettable creations like their version of "Malaguena". The group has recorded with artists Silvana Di Lorenzo and Mara Lua.
