Real name: Richard Chadwick

Born: Jan 30, 1957 in Bromley, Kent.

One of the longest-serving Hawkwind members, Richard Chadwick first played with the band at the Aktivator Festival in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire on August 14th 1988.

His first band was The Demented Stoats which also included future Hawkwind vocalist Bridget Wishart, he also played in The Smartpils.

By November 1988 he was a full member of Hawkwind and became part of the nucleus of the band through the 1990s and 2000s.
