Effective period / Period of releases: 2010 - 2013

The band was formed in Saratoga Springs, NY in 2007 by Eli Hargrave and Eric Donovan. Within a year their first full length album Certain Slow Murder was released as well as the four song Keys EP. The project bloomed and gathered musicians Jeff Ayers and Dustin Alexander, and in 2010 they collectively released the Stranger On A Damned Staircase album (produced by Don Fury) and another EP titled LongPig shortly after. Skeletons in the Piano added guitarist Brad Thibodeau, dancers Katarra Peterson and Tatiana Morales, and signed with Magnetic Eye Records in the Summer of 2012. They immediately began work on a third full length, the Please Don't Die LP which was released early May 2013. They disbanded in February 2014.
