Hailing from the vibrant city of Kiev, Ukraine, Vitalii, known as Dub Head, has been a driving force within the Cybernetic crew, devoted to creating a unique and captivating sound in the world of drum and bass since 2013. For many years, he has relentlessly honed his skills, passionately crafting a sonic landscape where deep, dramatic elements harmoniously blend with powerful scientific motifs.
Dub Head's path to recognition has been characterized by unwavering determination as he sought to capture the attention and accolades of some of the most respected technical Drum and Bass labels in the scene. In 2015, his breakthrough came with the release of the "Entropy EP" on the esteemed Syndrome Audio label. This EP served as a testament to his mastery of sound design, showcasing a fusion of strong funk grooves, lush pads, and meticulous production.
In the following year, 2016, Dub Head continued his ascent to greater heights. With a focus on infusing his productions with funk and groove, he caught the attention of Dispatch Recordings, leading to the signing of multiple releases. Among these were the acclaimed "Bad Signal EP," "Template EP," and "Dispatch Dubplate 10." These releases not only secured spots in the top 10 DnB releases on Beatport but also garnered long-term support from influential figures in the scene, such as Noisia, DLR, Icicle, Hype, and other world-renowned DJs and musicians.
In 2018, Dub Head initiated collaboration with Sofa Sound, releasing tracks like "Meltdown / Space Worm" and "Jelly Fish / Bass Face," and becoming one of the label's artists.
The year 2019 marked a significant milestone in his career, with the release of his debut album, "Bring You Back Online," on Dispatch Recordings. The album featured solo works as well as collaborations with esteemed artists like M.Justa, Black Barrel, Eastcolors, Scepticz, and Gusto.
