With a second album due in May of 2020, singer-songwriter Chelsea Williams first honed her craft busking around Los Angeles. Upon the release of her 2017 debut album Boomerang, Chelsea was named one of the “Top 10 New Country Artists You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone. The body of music on her inaugural release reflects more of Williams’ indie-folk influences with a hint of country twang. Growing up on Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, and Jackson Browne, Chelsea continues to deliver a transcendent mix of Americana, indie-folk and lush pop through a series of cover songs as part of her latest project, Mockingbird Mixtape available now.
