Manuel Arrington

Born in Mississippi (April 23, 1945), Manuel Arrington moved to Chicago in probably the early 1960's (possibly the late 1950's) and became best-known as a comedic Emcee at local blues clubs and eventually for the Chicago Blues Festival for which he also served on the advisory committee. He also had his own radio show and eventually a blues band. He died on April 16, 2009.
