Born: June 23, 1908 in Greenville, Georgia.
Died: December 24, 1972 in New York City, New York.
Worked with Alex Jackson, Frank Terry, Speed Webb, Zack White, McKinney's Cotton Pickers, Blanche Calloway, Willie Bryant, Teddy Hill, Mills Blue Rhythm Band, Roy Eldridge Count Basie and others.
