Lavender Country (1972–1976, 2000) was an American country music band formed in 1972. The band consisted of lead singer and guitarist Patrick Haggerty, keyboardist Michael Carr, singer and fiddler Eve Morris and guitarist Robert Hammerstrom. Their self-titled album Lavender Country is widely recognized as the first openly gay country music album.

The group broke up in 1976, reuniting briefly in 2000. In later years Haggerty and Hammerstrom led a new version with a large, many-faceted lineup based in several cities.
