Bengt Pohjanen
Real name: Bengt Erik Pohjanen
Swedish (Tornedal) writer, translator and priest, born June 26, 1944 in the village of Kassa in Pajala parish, Norrbotten County.He has a doctorate at Stockholm University, where he was also a lecturer in Finnish language and literature in the early 1980s. He has an honorary doctorate at the University of Oulu.
