Johnny, Irish born, now resides in the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire, England, with his wife and two daughters.

Johnny performs in theatres, at festivals, concerts, dances and churches but to name a few.

Over the years Johnny's music has been influenced by such artists as Gene Watson, Merle Haggard, Hank Snow, Ernest Tub, Buck Owens and many more. Johnny has worked hard to achieve his present status within the country music business and his revision of the Hank Snow number "Merry-Go-Round" you could say is Johnny's trade-mark.
