Early-to-mid-1990s hard rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Originally known as Killing Time (formed 1988), the group changed their name to 'Mantissa' in August 1992 before releasing the album "Mossy God" to avoid conflicts with a band also called 'Killing Time' in the USA, and another in Japan.
