Icelandic rap artist, born November 17th, 1989 in Akureyri, Iceland, performing with lyrics in Icelandic. Emmsjé Gauti (meaning "MC Gauti") started his rap career in 2002 as a member of rap groups 32c and Skábræður before venturing on a solo career in 2010. He released his debut solo album "Bara ég" a year later. He is also the Son of Icelandic recording engineer Már Gunnlaugsson.
