Real name: Rigsby Durwood Hendon
Born around 1914 in Marquez, Texas. US country songwriter. R. D. Hendon himself was rarely an active participant in the band by all reports, an almost singular lack of musical ability or talent . Died September 1956 when he committed suicide.
