Țapinarii released their first album in 2001, and since then they are on the top of the Romanian musical society. Their music is simplistic, using just a guitar and their voices in order to express powerful messages through their lyrics (except for the latest album, which is recorded with a full band). Adrian Tănase and Cosmin Covei take turns in writing the music and lyrics for their songs, inspired from their experience in different matters, such as love, women, life or happiness.
