Born 2 February 1946 in Liverpool. Studio session production conceived by Roger Greenaway and Roger Cook and featuring the Mike Sammes Singers. As "I Was Kaiser Bill's Batman" gained commercial success, Billy Moeller was brought on board to tour as "Whistling Jack Smith".
