The Secret Lie are a musical band of gothic and melodic rock formed in 2011 by Pedro Teixeira da Silva (Corvos). Nuno Correia (bass), Tiago Ramos (drums), Sara Madeira (vocals), Adelino Duarte (and Cláudio Nunes (violoncello) (also from the Crows) released their album Behind The Truth. Also in 2012, two new members entered the band, TóPica (guitar) and Nuno Louro (keys), leaving Cláudio Nunes.

The first secret success of the Secret Lie was the song "I Can Be Free", which became known in Portuguese national radio stations. Soon after, the theme "Love Me Until The End Of Time" began to roll and reached a visibility that allowed the Secret Lie to make a considerable tour of concerts in both Portugal and the United Kingdom.

After two years of road the Secret Lie returned to the studio and prepared their new album, Pandora, betting on the continuity and consolidation of the original sound that the band has. "Black Butterflies" is the new single from this new album.
