Carpathian Paths

Real name: Artem Godinchyk, Arsen Malyon, Anton Stepanenko

Carpathian Paths is a collaboration project of three guys from western Ukraine.

They drew inspiration from the underground movement, as they played progressive trance, deep house and breaks in local clubs in late 2000s. All true melomaniacs, now the only propagandists of oldschool house music in their region.

Seriously influenced by the great progressive era of 2000-2007, they also show particular interest in darker and hypnotic vibes, as they remain intellectual even nowadays.

In 2012 guys have decided for joint producing effort and presented their first single, Trembita EP, on Clinique Records. It was a steady rise through the progressive house scene with releases on Morningglory Music, Never Too Late, and Suffused Records. Due to their signature style, Carpathian Paths are heavily featured in DJ sets and compilations. Now, their brand includes huge devotion to the high quality non-commercial sound, rolling percussion, groovy basslines, with slight allusions of world music and local ethnics of sub-Carpathia.
