He was the leader and founder of Sincron band between 1964-1978, a band with a resounding success in the '70s.
In 1977 he left the band Sincron and mainly focused on composition.
He composed songs for many romanian artists.
Was Vlad Fugaru father and Mirela Fugaru husband.
