Jeremy Young is a composer and improviser of concrète electronic and tape music from Montreal, Quebec. He's a member of the New York-based electroacoustic modern classical trio Sontag Shogun as well as the Montreal-based experimental poetrysound unit Cloud Circuit. Young's recent work is based on ongoing explorations of an open sine and square wave oscillator system, that includes electroacoustic elements such as amplified surfaces and objects and filtered EMF and radio signal.
