German bassist born in Hesse in 1979. He studied jazz and popular music with a major in bass guitar at the Arnhem University of the Arts in the Netherlands, followed by cultural and media management at Freie Universität Berlin. Based in Berlin, he works as a freelance bassist in a wide range of different musical genres: Indie Rock, Jazz, Contemporary classical music, Afrobeat, Reggae, Latin, Pop and others. Live or in the studio he worked with Ivy Quainoo, Hendrik Stiller, Ari Benjamin Meyers, Johannes Böhmer, Neneh Cherry, Julia Marcell, Augustin Maurs, Gene Pritsker, Ruffcats and Mellow Mark.
