Real name: Peter Ralph Saunders

Pianist and songwriter, born 1960 in England.
He began his career in the 80's playing Hammond Organ for Dexys Midnight Runners on their first album and worked with various other artists from Damned to Carmel. His Mr. Bongo alias was used to release an upbeat, housey cover-version of Booker T & The MG's classic "Soul Limbo" in 1995. Nowadays, he plays piano and sings a variety of styles from New Orleans blues to jazz and swing standards. He also collaborates with other musicians in duos and groups.
