Kurt Weil

Swiss Jazz musician and producer playing mainly the vibraphone but also trombone, piano and drums. In the 1950s he played in the band of the Swedish saxophonist Gunnar “Hacke” Björksten. Later on he led his own band, in the 1970s Weil worked as a manager in the music industry. It was in the 1990s that he re-surfaced as an active musician, most notably as the leader of his group "Vibes Revisited". Writes Liner Notes for TCB Records
