Velocette

Velocette was formed in 1997 in North London by four ex-members of Comet Gain (and indeed some early Velocette songs including "Get Yourself Together", "Don't Care" and "Strip Polka" were originally recorded for Comet Gain's unreleased second album). The band failed to break through to the mainstream, but were darlings of the NME and Melody Maker, especially in their early days.
