Swedish death / thrash metal band from Nässjö.
Founded in 2002 under the name Karneywar by Mattias, Jens, Martin & Alex. The band released three demos under this name ("...Another Day in Fear" in 2003, the second demo in 2005, and "Reckless Warfare" in 2007). In 2009, soon after recording the full-length album "The Triumphant Khaoz", their guitarist Patrik passed away. The members decided to continue with the band and, in 2010, after recruiting Jimmy as the new guitarist, they changed the band name to Karnivore.
The band decided in 2014 to continue as a trio.
