Black Pussy is a psychedelic / stoner rock band from Portland, Oregon, USA.

Some members now play as "Black Magic Flower Power", Stoner-Disco and Desert-Boogie music.

Bandleader Dustin Hill said the name comes from his love of 1970’s culture, Soul Train, and Quentin Tarantino’s films. The name’s also inspired by the original name for The Rolling Stone’s song ‘Brown Sugar’, which was called ‘Black Pussy’ until the label made The Stones change it.

Formed by White Orange (2) members Dustin Hill (guitar and vocals) and Ryan McIntire (guitar), along with Dean Carroll (drums), Aaron Poplin (bass), and Keith O'Dell on synthesizers.
