Xosé Lois Foxo
Real name: Xosé Lois Foxo Rivas
Spanish Galician bagpipes master and teacher, clarinettist, composer, musicologist, (born in Romeor de Caurel, Lugo in 1950), he led the school of bagpipes Escola Provincial de Gaitas de Ourense from 1985, where he created and led the Real Banda de Gaitas.
