Library Tapes is a modern classical/ambient project from Sweden.

Library Tapes was formed in Gävle, Sweden in 2004 as a duo of David Wenngren (computer, piano, acoustic guitar) and Per Jardsell (balalaika, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, piano).

They released two albums together, "Alone In The Bright Lights Of A Shattered Life" (2005) and "Feelings For Something Lost" (2006), and in late 2006 Per Jardsell left, and since that time Library Tapes became a solo project of David Wenngren.
