Effective period / Period of releases: 2004 - 2007

Melnyk was born and raised in northern Canada, and studied classical electroacoustic composition at university, honing his skills in the style he has since applied to his current productions - minimal melodic electronic pop music. His education, along with his obsession with pop culture, have formed the basis of his distinct style of electro.

He has also established a strong musical relationship with Sara Berg. Together they operate the Gaymonkey Records - also home of Manifest Prize winning Ebb.

In 2005 he released the debut LP "Silence" - which achieved critical acclaim worldwide (including Album of the Month - DJ Magazine).
