Yann-Fañch Kemener (April 7, 1957 – March 16, 2019) was a traditional singer from Brittany, born in Sainte-Tréphine, Côtes-d'Armor, France, specialised in the "Kan Ha Diskan" singing.

He first started to sing on stage at the age of 15, and released his first album in 1977, at 20 years old. In 1988 he founded the Breton band Barzaz.

Kemener is a prolific singer who has collaborated with a lot of artists and bands mostly from his native Brittany : Anne Auffret, Kristen Noguès, Jean-Louis Le Vallégant, Skolvan, L’Héritage des Celtes, Didier Squiban, Aldo Ripoche, Patricia Petitbon, Dominique Vellard, Emmanuel Bonnardot, etc.
