Dutch heavy / power metal band from Amsterdam.
Founded in 1985 by the brothers Terry and Stephan Pechler (both from the band Struck), later joined by John Bouman, Rick Waalewijn (both from Stainless) and Erwin Siereveld.
Disbanded in 1992, Jackal was reformed in 2007 by the original members John and Rick.
