"Juvenile Delinquency", in Hebrew "נוער שוליים" , was a rock-pop group from Israel, active from 1987 to 1991. Their second album from 1990, "ציירי לך שפם" , was by far their most successful one.

Their Vocalist, Mickiyagi, later became a famous owner of a cosmetic company, "Il Makiage". He also recorded several club tunes, the most famous one being "Love Takes You Higher", which was produced by Offer Nissim.
