Real name: Pierre Mwaka Mbeka

Pierre Muaka Mbeka, known as Oncle Bapius, is a bass player born February 27, 1951 in Boma, Zaire. He was bassist with Zaiko Langa Langa between 1971 and 1999. He left to form with Meridjo Belobi and Modikilo Modeste the group Zaïko Langa Langa Universel, an ephemeral group. In 2008, he participated in Zaïko's 38th birthday in Brussels. He then joined Les Ganers de Zaïko, another ephemeral group formed by Lola Muana, member of Zaïko LL.
