Real name: Miquela Lladó i Vidal

Miquela Lladó is a Spanish singer and composer born in Palma, Mallorca, 1948. She began her musical career as a singer-songwriter in 1967 within the Nova Cançó movement, under the name Miquelina Lladó. She founded the groups Música Nostra and Siurell Elèctric, and has collaborated with the Orquestra Simfònica de Balears Ciutat de Palma.

With the recording of the album "Com un ventall" (2003), she resumed her beginnings as a singer-songwriter, accompanied by Toni Pastor on guitar and David Runnion on cello. In 2007 she received a tribute from the City Council of Palma in recognition of her musical career and her contribution to the recovery of traditional Mallorcan music. That same day, the Consell de Mallorca awarded her the Jaume II Prize.
