Black metal project formed around Halloween 1998 by Lord Forneus.
A demo was recorded on studio downtime in 1999 & given to close contacts & band mates. The project was shelved in 2000, reunited in 2002 during downtime recording another bands demo again and once again shelved, until 2013 when the old demo was discovered. This inspired Lord Forneus to record a full length album under the name Forest Moon, but this was changed to Hiraeth before the digital & CDr promo's were given to close contacts. After then discovering 2 bands,one new, using this name the name was reverted back to the original Forest Moonlight.
