J-Roc was born and raised in Houston. South Park is home to him & 5100 (CY Young, Mark Sneed, Lil Popa, Capitol "E" & P.V.) He is not a rapper. He is a producer that just so happen to spit some game and didn't mind sprinkling it around from time to time.
