Former Philadelphia-based indie rock band formed in 1999 by guitarist/drummer Toby Leaman, drummer/guitarist Scott McMicken, bassist Andrew Jones, and guitarist Rory Connell. Raccoon disbanded in 2003, with McMicken and Leaman focusing on the band Dr. Dog, which later featured Jones.
