Vasyl Lytvyn (June 4, 1941, village Fedorivka, now Spring,
Dobrovelichkovsky district, Kirovograd region [1] - April 7, 2017, Kiev [2]) - Honored Artist of Ukraine, the first chairman of the Union of Kobzaws of Ukraine, the laureate of the Republican Prize named after.
