Krull

Members: Juanma Rodríguez, Javier González (15)

Hard Rock/Heavy Metal band formed in 1983 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain).

Originally known as Cannabis. When Carlos Oramas left the band, in late 1983, the band took a new name after the namesake movie, launched in summer that year. They recorded their first demotape, Acero canario, in 1985, which featured 6 tracks of classic heavy metal. The title track eventually became a hymn for local metalheads, even though it was never released on vinyl.

After taking part in a regional compilation in 1986 they recorded their first EP in 1989, in a more melodic approach. After that they leant towards melodic hard rock and released two more albums.

The band briefly reformed between 2010 and 2013.
