Krautrock fusion band originating from Cologne, Essen, Oberhausen and Düsseldorf. All the band had experience in other projects beforehand, notably guitarist Houschäng Nejadepour played in early Kraftwerk. As the "Eiliff Music Collective" they set-up base as communal group in Cologne. They recorded two predominantly instrumental studio albums during their lifetime (and a single), with other live recordings surfacing much later. The Eiliff fusion sound had the power of Mahavishnu Orchestra, but Krautrock styled with lots of originality. After they split Houschäng went to Guru Guru (on their Dance Of The Flames), and Rainer Brüninghaus went on to Eberhard Weber's Colours band (debuting on The Colours Of Chloë)
