Rudi was a Finnish new wave band. It was founded in 1982, when Jussi Kettu joined as a songwriter and vocalist to group Juha Aunola, Rudi Lukkarinen and Pasi Kuusjärvi, which had played together in Ratsia. After the first album Rudi Lukkarinen got with him Pasi Bastard Huopalainen and Repa "Rantsila" Kauppila. Repa was later replaced with Mika Hollström as a drummer. The band was active for a half decade and released two albums. The forthcoming was the first soloalbum Tuli Rautatie by Jussi Kettu, which was the latest issue where the bandmembers still played. Guru and later Safka Pekkonen were a part of the band in studio.
