Les Furys
Members: Serge Fleury, Bob Dufour, Steve Norris (7)
Canadian quintet from Montreal made up of Steve Norris (guitar), Robert Dufour (bass guitar), Moe Rossy (saxophone), Serge Fleury (guitar and piano) and Robert Boivin (drums) which was called "The Fabulous Furys" at the beginning in 1963. In 1964, they joined singer Joyce Germain to record the same songs in English and French. The result was two 7" made by the London record company. In 1965, "The Fabulous Furys" became simply "Les Furys" and released a first single including the titles "Ce Monde Merveilleux" and "Aide-Moi". Then early in 1966, the second and final disc was released, again including "Aide-Moi" as well as the Beatles' hit, "Michèle".
