Real name: Keith Norman

Keith Hic is the world known alias of Keith Norman, a Dorset UK born musician, artist and engineer.
Keith has been making music under various names since 1989 when he formed Soto Voce, but soon found that one band / working names wasn't anywhere enough outlets for his ideas.

In about 1994, Keith co-founded 25 Records to promote his main band at that time "And The Sugar Hiccuped," and soon after started Hic fanzine to promote the band and the label. It was at this time he took to using the Keith Hic alias.

Hic fanzine outlived both the band (in all its forms) and his association with 25 Records.

The pressure of work forced Keith to quit the `zine, in 1998, however, his contacts, made through Hic `zine, helped revive Keith's passion in making music and many more bands were soon started. To help promote and improve communication with musical partners, Keith created Hicc org.

Since then Keith has had numerous releases under different names on a collection of labels and formats, and plans to continue to push the boundaries of his talents.
