Brazilian Hip-Hop band formed in October 13, 1987, from São Paulo.
Código 13 comes from the time when nobody thought about making money with the genre. In 88 they released the album Hip-Hop Cultura De Rua, participating with the groups Thaide & DJ Hum, O Credo and MC Jack. In 90 the group released an LP with the sound based on a mix of rap and house music, calling attention to the “discouragement with which they deal with serious and often heavy topics”.
